Testing with our state-of-the-art equipment, if we find that the battery state of health is above a certain value (60% or above), we offer Hybrid battery reconditioning in Bangladesh with our well-equipped battery test lab to increase the battery state of health up to 95%. In all cases, we will provide you a warranty document making HALKON Tech liable to serve you free of cost if anything goes wrong with your hybrid battery within the warranty period subject to the terms and conditions applied in the warranty document. We offer complete solutions for battery pack design, manufacturing and testing for two-wheelers, three-wheelers and passenger cars. So far, we have already manufactured and delivered more than 500 units of battery packs for two-wheelers and more than 300 units of Battery packs for three-wheelers with Lithium-Ion and Lithium Iron phosphate battery cells. We have a strong and reliable supply chain from China for sourcing the battery cells and our in-house engineering and manufacturing team for tackling all the challenges that might come in the way of manufacturing world-class battery packs that will ensure desired electric range and last more than the offered warranty period. The engineering team uses industry-standard software like Solid Works, ANSYS and MATLAB to design and optimize the mechanical behavior like battery thermal management and NVH as well as electrical properties like pack balancing, Overcharging protection, short-circuit protection and so on. Pure electric vehicles have bigger batteries and a little more complex than hybrids as far as the battery is concerned. Since we are working with high voltage battery packs for mobile propulsion for more than 4 years now, and our engineers are consistently taking part in battery related courses all over the world (Germany, Korea and UK), we are also equipped with knowledge and expertise for Servicing and replacement of battery packs of Pure Electric vehicles both in the hardware level and software integration level.

We have the capability to design simulate and test electric drivetrains for two-wheelers, three-wheelers and passenger cars even from scratch. The detailed knowledge of vehicle dynamics, electric drivetrain, battery packs and structural design of vehicles gives us an edge to model and simulate electric vehicles in virtual platforms like MATLAB Simulink and Solid works. We also conduct study on existing drivetrains to find out where there is a scope of improvement and implement it accordingly to maximize the electric range and performance of the electric vehicles.

With battery electric vehicles being more mainstream in the future. There is a need for electric vehicle charging infrastructure throughout Bangladesh. Keeping that in mind we are developing our expertise in the design, procurement, erection and commissioning of charging stations that we will need in the future to support the zero-emission mobility.
