Hybrid Battery Reconditioning
If you do not want to buy a new battery but still have to replace your battery pack, you can also do it with our reconditioned battery with Original Toyota Modules depending on the availability. We use our in-house developed Pack Builder algorithm to build the most balanced pack from our inventory and then the Battery pack is tested using our test bench before deploying it in the car. As of today, we have delivered more than 100 reconditioned battery packs which are performing satisfactorily on the road. Our entire system is developed in such a way that we can keep track of the individual battery pack modules and their previous life history so that we can trace back if anything goes wrong in the delivered pack and thus we can improve our products further. After installing the Reconditioned pack, we will measure the state of health (SOH) of the installed battery with HALKON SOH app and then provide a certain warranty period depending on the State of Health (SOH) of the installed battery.
